Однокомнатная квартира в кирпичном пятиэтажном доме на ул. Карла Маркса.
3 спальных места.
После каждого гостя проводится уборка, смена постельного белья, полотенец.
Имеется всё для комфортного проживания. Стиральная машина, газовая плита, СВЧ печь, утюг, гладильная доска. Вид из окна на Храм Александра Невского.
Курить в квартире нельзя!

- Не заселяем гостей младше 21-го года.
- Не заселяем гостей в состоянии алкогольного и наркотического опьянения!!!
Для оформления проживания при себе иметь паспорт.
При нарушении договора выселяем шумных гостей немедленно.
- Оформляем отчётные документы.
- Выставляем счёт ИП, Юр.лицу.
- Оплата наличная, безналичная.
- После проживания оставить чистоту и порядок. Если не успеваете выбросить мусор и помыть посуду, то это сделает уборщица. Удержим из залога.
Позднее заселение после 22.00 обсуждается заранее.
